By using the SportDogLog app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use:

1. License & Usage

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.

2. App Usage & Accuracy

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
• You are responsible for how you interpret and use the data you log.

3. No Liability

We are not liable for any harm, damage, or loss resulting from the App’s use.

4. App Changes

We may update or discontinue features at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

5. App Store Distribution

The App is distributed via Apple’s App Store and subject to their policies.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Minnesota law.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by arbitration or small claims court in Minnesota.

8. Minors

Use is limited to users 13+ with parental consent if under 18.

9. Intellectual Property

All SportDogLog content and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved individually and not via class action.
