• User Authentication Data: We use Clerk to manage user authentication. Clerk processes personal information (e.g., email, contact details) for sign-in only. We are the data controller; Clerk acts as a processor.
• Logged Data: Your logs (dog performance, bird sightings, harvest events) are stored in Supabase with strict Row-Level Security, ensuring only you access your data.
• Backups & Storage: Supabase automatically takes encrypted daily backups and supports point-in-time recovery (where enabled).
• Optional Analytics: Anonymous usage data may be collected to improve app performance and reliability.
• Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage app subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and subscription status to enable premium features.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate users securely via Clerk.
• Store and retrieve user-specific logs in Supabase.
• Restore data when needed using encrypted backups.
• Analyze anonymized usage for app enhancements.
• Process subscriptions and enable premium features via RevenueCat.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Clerk: Authentication data is protected under Clerk’s SOC 2 security framework.
• Supabase: Your logs are encrypted at rest with AES‑256, transmitted over TLS, and governed by robust RLS policies.
• Backups: Daily encrypted backups and optional point‑in‑time recovery enhance resilience.
• RevenueCat: Subscription data is protected under RevenueCat's security standards and encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Clerk: Handles user sign-in, social login, passkeys, and MFA. We do not share your data with advertisers.
• Supabase: Manages data storage and backups—data remains under your control; RLS ensures access is restricted.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription lifecycle, purchase validation, and premium feature entitlements. Does not access your personal logs or hunting data.

5. Your Rights

• Manage or delete your data anytime within the app.
• Only you (authenticated) can access your logs.
